    Where are the gatherings held?

    Gatherings take place in Southern California, starting in the Inland Empire and Orange County. The exact location is shared with confirmed guests. Certain gatherings are hosted at Insperity facilities.

    Each table seats up to 20 leaders, with about 70% members and 30% rotating guests, so new ideas and connections keep flowing.

    Is there a cost to join?

    Membership is complimentary for accepted members. Seats are limited and confirmed by invitation.

    Can I promote or sell my services at a gathering?

    No. Everyone contributes. Nobody pitches. Gatherings are for candid conversation, not sales presentations. Relationships and business opportunities grow naturally from trust built in the room.

    No. Executive Vision 360 is an independent community led by Nick Paez. Certain gatherings are hosted at Insperity facilities, but Executive Vision 360 is not sponsored, operated, or endorsed by Insperity unless confirmed in writing by an authorized Insperity representative.
